An outlet store is open online. Twenty-four hours a day.
Top Outlet in Pérez Zeledón sells closeout brand-name goods from a physical storefront. We built the second storefront, the catalogue system, and the operating panels behind it.
A real store had a practical visibility problem.
Top Outlet is a liquidation outlet in San Isidro de El General, Pérez Zeledón. It sells brand-name overstock and returns, boxed goods and clothing, at prices below retail.
Hundreds of items rotate constantly. Photographing, pricing, and publishing every item by hand would have required a full-time catalogue role, which does not fit outlet margins. Without an online catalogue, customers outside the immediate area had no practical way to know what was in stock.
The storefront and the operating system work together.
The live site is delivered on edge infrastructure so customers can search, reserve, pay, and coordinate pickup or delivery, while the staff keeps the catalogue moving from a phone.
Automatic product scanning that identifies the item, drafts the listing, and estimates a fair market price from a staff photo.
AI-assisted cataloguing that checks for inventory and price updates every ten minutes, around the clock.
SINPE reserve-and-pay, with in-store pickup or coordinated delivery.
Separate staff and owner panels for stock, orders, shipping, sales, and traffic.
Automatic release of incomplete reservation holds so inventory does not stay silently blocked.
The live record tracks actions, not impressions.
These figures were published from the site’s own visit and event log after launch. The owner’s sales total remains private.
The same storefront, automatic cataloguing, and owner dashboard can be adapted for another outlet, liquidation, or closeout store with the same inventory problem.
